Mobile: How do I contact Exodus Support about an exchange?
If you are having trouble with an exchange, or it is showing an error status, please don't fret! We are always here to help. To email us with your exchange details:
Open your wallet and go to the exchange tab, then view your order history by clicking the history icon in the upper right corner of your screen
Click on the exchange you'd like to contact us about, and scroll down to select Contact Support
Scroll all the way down and click the final card
This will open an email with your exchange details, ready to be sent to us. We are online 24/7 and will look into your exchange status right away.
